EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Period:

Customers have a 7-day window from the day of delivery to exchange their products.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.

Note: Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Exchange Process:

To request an exchange, message our customer support on WhatsApp at +923160390210. Please include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. The reason for the exchange.

After confirmation, please send the shipment back via any courier service to our warehouse for processing the exchange.
